Why Would I Need to Use Incentive Campaigns?

Beyond making it super easy for employees to share and engage with approved company content, today's busy employees need occasional reminders and incentives to take desired actions. Dynamic incentive campaigns available with Please Share provide a fun and straightforward way for companies to motivate team members.

Campaigns 101: Create, Configure, Publish & Monitor

Dynamic incentive campaigns are an entirely new concept to the world of employee advocacy. We've created lots of support materials – and would be happy to discuss on a call – but here's a quick overview to cover the basics.
  • Campaigns are created within the Please Share admin dashboard
  • Please Share currently provides three campaign types (see below)
  • Customers define the budget and other parameters (participation threshold, end date, etc.) for each campaign
  • Employees interact with campaigns entirely through Slack
  • Winners are notified within Slack via a personal message
  • Employees can redeem reward values immediately or at any time in the future
  • Rewards can be redeemed in 80 countries (see full list)
  • Once a campaign is live, Please Share automatically manages all details on your behalf
  • Detailed campaign reports are available from the Please Share admin dashboard

None of the campaigns provided by Please Share reward employees for explicit actions taken on social media channels. In other words, campaigns cannot be used to pay employees to share or engage with specific posts on LinkedIn or Twitter.
