How Does the Top Performers Campaign Work?
Create a new campaign in Please Share
Set the number of campaign winners (e.g., 3-5)
Assign reward values for each place (1st, 2nd, etc.)
Define which action(s) to be included/excluded
Add booster incentives for acting quickly
Fund and publish the campaign
Announce the campaign to your coworkers
Monitor the performance and results
Note: Unlike other Please Share campaigns, the Top Performer campaign does not award prizes in real time. Instead, winners are notified in Slack on the next business day after the campaign ends.
