  2. Determine the budget and number of rewards
  3. Define which action(s) to be included/excluded
  4. Apply a minimum threshold to participate
  5. Fund and publish the campaign
  6. Announce the campaign to your coworkers
  7. Monitor the performance and results
Note: Once an employee achieves the minimum participation threshold (e.g., 3 actions), prizes are randomly rewarded in real time based on a Please Share algorithm. Reward values can be redeemed immediately or saved to be used later.
